You can find 52 playing cards in the deck (French playing cards). Each card is printed with the Czech Lionof the Bohemian Lion, which has been the emblem of Bohemia since the 13th century. Cards of French type (hearts, diamonds, spades, clubs).

The national flag of the Czech Republic is the same as the flag of former Czechoslovakia. Upon the dissolution of Czechoslovakia in 1993, the Czech Republic kept the Czechoslovak flag while Slovakia adopted its own flag.
